Terms of service

Next provides businesses with tools to configure customer service assistants, organize knowledge, manage conversations and, when enabled, connect external services such as Google Drive and Google Calendar.

The business workspace administrator is responsible for authorizing members, protecting sign-in credentials and reviewing permissions granted to external integrations. Each company must use its own Google account to authorize Drive or Calendar and verify its right to use the content it adds.

The company remains responsible for documents, instructions, messages and other content it incorporates or allows to be processed in its workspace. It must not upload content it has no right to use, or data unnecessary for customer service purposes.

AI responses may be incomplete or incorrect. The company must review important information and must not present an automatic response as a professional, medical, financial or legal guarantee. Calendar operations depend on authorized permissions and options enabled by the company.

Features using Google, AI providers, messaging channels or other services are also subject to those providers' terms. A company can disconnect an integration in Next and revoke its authorization directly with the provider. Disconnecting an integration does not itself delete previously imported content or created events.

The company and its members must use Next in accordance with applicable law and connected service policies, protect their credentials and avoid actions that interfere with service operation or security.

Features may depend on account configuration, external provider permissions, connectivity and technical availability. Next may change features to maintain or improve the service. Specific price, support or availability terms agreed separately take precedence over these general conditions where applicable.
